The examination by Totally Money uncovered that the Liverpool focal L7 postcode got an average purchase to-let yield of 16.23%, far higher than London's highest level postcode of E13 (Newham), where the predicted average yield was 5.15%, and the average asking cost was £350,000.

For some time now, Liverpool has been the number one buy-to-let destination for clients, accounting for 70% of all inquiries.
