Is the UK housing market going to crash

Since there is low unemployment and there is no reason for the Bank of England to modify the monetary policy or lower the interest rates or boost QE, there is not much risk. UK manufacturing has been undergoing uncertainty but there are repetitive cycles that can be resolved. Within political turmoil, trade disagreement, global slowdown and negativity of Brexit the house price remained stagnant but did not drop much. Brexit is delayed but the housing market in some regions is very positive and it is expected that the market may gain after the deal.
